Anthony Raja Devadoss is Managing Director & Senior Client Partner, Malaysia and leads the Executive Search business in Malaysia and part of the Global Technology Markets team for the region.

Anthony Raja brings over 20 years of experience in cross spectrum of Board & Executive Search, HR Business Transformation Consulting, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Leadership Talent development and Assessment within the region and globally spanning across industries. His areas of expertise in Digital Technology, Financial, Healthcare and Business/Professional Services & Telecommunications.

He brings depth of experience in managing board & leadership search assignments, end to end talent acquisition, talent development and transition projects across Asia Pacific, EMEA and Americas. This includes organizations in growth and transformation stages with local large conglomerates, multinational firms and government investment organizations in public and private sectors.

Anthony is currently the appointed OM Chair, a Global Business Services initiative of PIKOM - The National Tech Association of Malaysia and PIKOM Academy, Chair. He is actively involved in the country's and region’s HR Services & Technology industry development and holds memberships in various National and international associations including Global Technology & Business Services Council.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Anthony spent 20 years with another Global Recruitment and Workforce solutions firm where he held several regional leadership positions. He was most recently the Managing Director & Business Head covering Asia Pacific and member of the board of a global talent management group in the US.

Anthony holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Maharishi International University, US, Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Loyola College, India & Post Graduate Diploma in Computing from De Montfort University, UK. He is a SHRM® Senior Certified Professional and HRCI® Senior Professional in Human Resource Management International SPHRi®. He recently attended the Global Leadership Program at INSEAD Business School, Asia Campus, Singapore.

Dato' Munirah Looi

She is an experienced Facilitator, CX & Digital Transformation Strategist, Operational Excellence Management & Human Performance Improvements practitioner for the past 30 years having undertaken various Corporate & consulting assignments in Customer Experience and Organization Development & Digitalization assignments, both locally and overseas. She has worked extensively throughout Asia & US.
 
She has worked in partnership with individuals and teams to grow their careers and portfolios with a key focus on customers. During her working & consulting experience, she has coached and mentored many individuals from new joiners and management associates, all the way to high potential talents who were being groomed for career acceleration and Senior Leadership ‘C’ Level individuals. Currently she serves as a Business Mentor for MDEC-GAIN (Global Acceleration & Innovation Network) Mentoring Program and MaGIC (Global Accelerator Program) Virtual Cohort 05 Mentorship Program.

Pattabhiraman Muthukumaraswamy

Pattabhiraman has over 24 years of diversified experience in operations, processing and strategic management in global banks and in the management of large Shared Service engagements across Asia.

He is currently the Executive Director of UOB Centre of Excellence (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of UOB Bank. In this role, he is responsible to drive business transformation to the next level while focusing on process reengineering, operational efficiency to ensure costs are effectively managed whilst ensuring customer delight. His experience spans effective global delivery management, competence growth and process initiatives, proactively nurturing key alliances and leveraging business partnerships, while focusing on developing the right talent across Asia. Pattabhiraman is also very active in developing and contributing to the growth of the Shared Service industry in Malaysia, enabling the industry to transform itself into a knowledge economy through development of competencies and transforming the industry players to drive global best practices, remaining relevant and competitive.

Prior to joining UOB, Pattabhiraman worked with HSBC and held strategic roles spanning his career with them to deliver global best in class service and an effective off-shoring model. He has worked in India, Sri Lanka, Brunei & UK, holding Senior Management positions with HSBC Bank and Standard Chartered Bank. This vast exposure enables him to manage and provide solutions in global and diverse situations, with an expertise focusing on world-class performance, especially in that of the Shared Services outsourcing industry.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management and has attended key leadership programs held by Duke Corporate Education (UK) and Process Design for Six Sigma by BMG.

Raymond Devadass

Raymond is the Founder & CEO of Daythree Business Services. He specializes in providing strategic management direction, particularly in the field of digital transformation strategy and management. He has guided several technology companies from ‘start-up’ to becoming leading technology players in the industry. Amongst his many key achievements, Raymond managed one of the largest healthcare informatics implementations in Malaysia and played key role in realizing the IT Outsourcing agenda of a major state government in Malaysia.

Having originated from a corporate finance background, Raymond has strong working and practical knowledge in finance, accounting and banking. He holds a Master of Business Administration majoring in Strategy & Planning. He is a Chartered Accountant, registered with CPA Australia and Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Raymond is the author of several articles and research papers. He was twice selected by peers in the industry as ‘Best Thought Leader’ in 2017 and once again in 2019 – an award reserved for recognizing leadership aimed at external positioning of the individual’s competencies in delivering value.

Raymond is a member of MDEC’s Talent Expert Network Panel – appointed for his knowledge and expertise in digital technology. He serves as Councillor at PIKOM, the National Tech Association of Malaysia, and is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators’ (MAICSA) Training & Professional Development Committee. Additionally, he is the President for Contact Centre Association of Malaysia.

Cheah Kok Hoong

With more than 30 years’ experience, he is driven by an endless quest to seek knowledge and has thus garnered a wealth of expertise that spans across business development, M&A, business strategy and process engineering across both manufacturing and the services sectors.

Cheah Kok Hoong is well known his fearlessness and confident throughout his IT career.  He often pushed himself beyond his comfort level to do great things and now; resigned as the Group CEO & Director for Hitachi Sunway Information Systems to start up Cognitive Digital Sdn Bhd. Hoeing into his entrepreneur spirit, Cheah is looking to innovate and disrupt the industry digitally. 

Cheah is instrumental in driving the growth of the Malaysian ICT industry, both locally and regionally. And, he plays an active role in developing the next generation of talents for Malaysia. He is a person who is able to influence the industry and he is actively involved in the country's IT industry developments and continually propagates the advancement of the overall IT capabilities and resources within the diverse local verticals.

And, with his experience, Cheah was invited to serve on Sunway University and SoftwareONE Industrial Advisory Board (IAB). In addition, he was recently appointed as Adjunct Practice Professor in the Sunway University Business School, Sunway University.

In 2016,  PLC Hall of Fame for leadership and stewardship in promoting the PLC Leadership programme as part of the National ICT Certification & Standardization Grid (NICS Competence Grid). In 2010, he was conferred PIKOM’s CIO Excellence Award for his outstanding leadership and for being instrumental in the ICT adoption in the Sunway Group.

David Wong Nan Fay

David Wong Nan Fay is a business graduate (Honours) from the Dalhousie University, Canada. He has more than 30 years of track record and experience in the Information Technology and Logistic Industry.

David is currently the Chairman of ASOCIO, the Asian Oceanian Computing Industry Organization and the Advisor and Past Chairman of PIKOM, the National ICT Association of Malaysia. David is also the Co-founder and Emeritus Chairman of Outsourcing Malaysia (OM), an initiative of PIKOM and a consortium representative of the outsourcing industry.

In 2000, he founded and embarked on his new start up, SnT Global Sdn Bhd, where he currently resides as the Group Chief Executive Officer. SnT’s core businesses are Lead Logistics Management, Warehousing, Transportation and eFulfillment services. Other ventures include Education and Property development.

Under his guidance, SnT has won several major industry awards, and is widely regarded as a pioneer in the field of supply chain BPO in Asia. It was also recognized as a leading technology company in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific Program. SnT was recognized by Global Services Awards as one of the top 100 most innovative outsourcing companies in the world as well as top 10 to watch in Asia. In 2016, David was accorded the Outsourcing Leader of the Year by Outsourcing Malaysia.

He had spoken and participated in many local and International conferences including World Congress of IT, ASOCIO Annual Summit and others. He is currently a Board of Trustees of Yayasan Innovasi Malaysia (YIM), International Affairs Chairman of PIKOM, Chairman of ASOCIO AEC Digital Task Force, Digital Advisor of Malaysian Retail Chain Association (MRCA) and Board Member of World IT and Services Alliance (WITSA).

Akhil Gupta

Akhil Gupta is the Group CEO and founder of Talbotiq Technologies Sdn Bhd. Apart from Talbotiq, the Group’s portfolio also comprises high growth companies such as Total IT Global and Aisling Group, leaders in IT Infrastructure and HR Outsourcing services respectively.

As an Angel Investor & Business Growth Specialist with over 20 years of experience in the IT Infrastructure, Digital Automation, and Human Resource industry, he has been instrumental in driving growth across the Group with a workforce of more than 1850 people spread across 19 countries globally.

Under his leadership, the Group has received multiple accreditations in its companies such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001 & ISO 37001 as well as being recognized among ‘Top London-based IT Infrastructure Companies in UK’. Alex Hee Kam Fatt

Documation Sdn Bhd | Managing Director

Alex Hee has more than 20 years’ of experience in the field of document management solutions and services. After graduating with an Honours degree in Computer Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia, he began his technical career with Hong Hong Documents Sdn Bhd, an industry pioneer in outsource data printing and mailing services. He rose to the rank of Manager in charge of electronic publishing using SGML standard before leaving for International Business Solutions, an IBM business partner, heading its Technical Division in charge of production laser printers, providing end-to-end solutions to banks / telcos / print bureaus in running their transactional bill printing using ISIS Papyrus software, IBM continuous & cut-sheet laser printers and IPDS standards, and OMR enveloping machines such as Pitney Bowes, Kern, Bowe and Buhrs. 

He was later recruited by its principal, ISIS Papyrus Asia Pacific, as a Regional Consultant servicing its South-East Asian operations. Finally, after a short stint in Fuji Xerox Singapore, he founded Documation Sdn Bhd in the year 2001. 

Today, Documation is one of the industry leaders in providing outsource data printing and mailing services to Insurance, Stock Broking and Oil & Gas MNCs. It has over the years, grown and evolved its solutions and services to include multi-channel inbound and outbound documents – specializing in paper and electronic documents.

Amar Chhajer

UST Global (M) Sdn Bhd | Country Head, Malaysia

Amar Chhajer is the Sr. Director and Country Head, Malaysia for UST. He is currently leading the Engineering Business for UST in APAC and Europe; including the Business Operations in Malaysia, Poland, China and Taiwan. He was working in Software Engineering roles with Oracle and Accenture before joining UST.

Driven by UST’s mission of Transforming Lives through Technology, Amar’s been instrumental in building the local ecosystem in Digital skills.

He is currently the Deputy Chairman for GBS Focus Group of Penang. Also a part of Seed funding evaluation committee for tech start ups in the state of Penang, and part of the mylead committee by Talentcorp.

Amar received the PJK award by the State of Penang in 2021. He received the Golden Globe Tigers Award for Excellence in Business Leadership 2018 in Kuala Lumpur.

An Alumni of Harvard Business School, Amar did his Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT).

Dang Tin Wai

Dang Tin Wai is the Sales Director of Microtel Technology with over 15 years of business development and solution sales experience.

Solution projects delivered successfully by him include various contact centre management systems and engagement automation solutions spanning across a wide array of industries from financial services to healthcare. With a proven track record in channel sales management, his experience also includes channel partner recruitment and channel sales planning.

Tin Wai has executed projects and served multinational clients in the ASEAN region. Prior to joining Microtel Technology, he was leading the project management team of a national patient registry system under the Ministry of Health of Malaysia and has implemented 8 patient registry modules over a period of 4 years.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Commerce from Monash University, Australia.

Jusri Ong

Telecontinent Sdn Bhd | Managing Director

Jusri is the Founder, Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Telecontinent. He was previously an EXCO member of CCAM, and currently is a committee member of the Outsourcing Malaysia and spent 18 years in the contact centre outsourcing industry. A certified COP Master-class graduate (IAOP) and awarded the Best Account Manager for Contact Centre in the Outsourcing Malaysia Excellence Award 2016. He also led the company winning the Operational Excellence in Contact Centre Award in the OM GBS Asia Awards 2021.

Throughout his BPO career, he gained cross industry exposure in domains such as Banking, Telecommunications, Media, Healthcare, FMCG, Retails, Government, and High-tech managing both domestic and off-shore contact centres with up to 1,000 seat capacity. Jusri is a graduate of MMU with a degree in Business Administration (Hons.) Economics with Multimedia.

He is a leader who is able to bring together groups of people with different set of talents and make them function as a world class business team. He has a keen eye for details that enables him to manage an organisation where he is the head of the company. He is responsible for identifying new markets and developing new service offerings for Telecontinent’s outsourcing business. He is also the principal consultant where he crafts out innovative outsourcing solutions for the clients. Throughout his working career, Jusri has been responsible for the deployment of best practice customer management principles. Very instrumental in leading various taskforces for business process reengineering initiatives.

Koay Tze Siang

TS Koay leads the Dell Digital Infrastructure Operations globally. He is also the head of Dell Digital Global Center in Malaysia, driving digital transformation for Dell internal businesses. In addition, he heads up the General Manager role for Dell Cyberjaya site, overseeing site level operations and development.

He brings with him over 20 years of IT experience across enterprise application and infrastructure management in both internal IT and outsourcing services industry. He is very passionate in driving Digital transformation across application transformation, IT transformation on multi-cloud strategies and workforce transformation, provide the best end user digital experience for Dell internal stakeholders.

He is also a strong advocate in developing the digital workforce for the future with new technologies adoption as well as cultivating innovation culture in the workplace.

Under his leadership, Dell Digital Malaysia has been awarded the PIKOM (National Tech Association of Malaysia) OM’s Best Digital Global Business Services Provider of the year 2019 and another 5 awards in 2021 with Overall Corporate Achievement Award.

He also serves as the Industry Advisory Board member in both MMU and UNIMY to support the future talent development.

TS studied Bachelor of Computer Science at University Putra Malaysia and obtained Master of Business Administration from Manchester Business School.

Nicholas Tay

Since joining VADS (TM ONE) in 2016 to date, Nicholas has actively & continues to play a major role in the ideation and co-creation of new solutions right fitted to the market basing on his domain expertise in the latest industry & market knowledge of key Data Center & Cloud technologies. Leveraging on his unique twin domain expertise & knowledge in Data Center & Clouds (which he has accumulated from vast experience in the industry for the past 20 years) he plays a key role in the on-going strategic engagement with TM ONE key global partners such as VMWARE, SAP, ORACLE, HP, IBM, DELL EMC, HUA WEI, CLOUDIAN, VEEAM, VERITAS, AWS, AZURE, GOOGLE etc as part of the emerging technologies in Cloud supporting the Digitalization Transformation & IR4.0 basing on 4G & 5G.

Prior to TM ONE / VADS BHD, Nicholas was the lead ASEAN OSS for Global Infrastructure Services for x4 global offerings service lines in ASEAN, consisting of CSC Data Centre/Cloud & Connectivity Solutions, Next Generation Workplace Services, Project Management Services & Enterprise Service Management/BPO. And prior to CSC, Nicholas was attached with HP Malaysia Technology Consulting Services helming the dual role of Country Technology Consulting Director and the Director of Sales, followed by Strategic & Large Deals Country Lead. As Senior Management in HP, he was responsible for all activities related to providing strategic direction & execution with the development of strategic business plan(s) aligned to HP’s TSC global solution area focus mainly in the 8 towers of Data Centre Transformation & Converged Data Centers, Strategic Cloud Engagement, ITSM, Storage Consulting, HP Education, Big Data Analytics, Mainframe Alternative and Network Consulting/IPCC swim lanes/business units.

As part of his continuous knowledge growth in pace with the global Digitalization technologies, Nicholas has accumulated multiple Professional Technology certifications on top of his Master Degree (MBA/USC Australia) as he is a double expert level in Prince 2 & ITILv3, CISCO Black Belter & certified IS0 27002, COBIT, GBSix Sigma, and also Certified Product Specialist for DELL EMC, RED HAT, ORACLE, VMWARE, IBM, NETAPP. Nicholas is also a global member of the IAOP and holds double Certification in IAOP & he is also the current Deputy Chairman of the Malaysia Data Center Alliance (MDCA).

Thanabalasingam Ramalingam

Balan is an accomplished and strategic senior leader with more than 25 years of experience in leading large outsourcing operations and managing key accounts for shared service operations. His area of expertise is Payroll & HR Outsourcing, People Development and relationship building. Recognized as an inspirational leader who understands and can balance the needs and complexities of leading large BPO outfit.

He is currently the Senior Director of Global Business Services for Herbalife. He leads the GBS centre which supports APAC and various other regions globally. Primarily supporting IT and Finance operations. Prior to joining Herbalife, he has worked in NorthgateArinso and Xerox Business Services holding key leadership roles in the region. He has extensive experience in both operations and account management space. He is passionate about driving change and building relationships.

Balan holds an Engineering Degree from University of Northumbria (UK) and a MBA from University of Newcastle (Sydney).
